CSS Stellar (the 'Company') was notified on 19 February 2007 by Gartmore
Investment Management Limited that it has increased its interest in the Company
following a purchase of 927,000 ordinary shares of 50p each in the Company
('Ordinary Shares') on 16 February 2007.



Accordingly Gartmore Investment Management Limited has an interest in 2,101,613
Ordinary Shares in the Company which represents 7.36% of the Company's total
voting rights.
