CSS Stellar plc ('the Company') was informed on 16 March that Acquisitor
Holdings Ltd acquired 385,000 ordinary shares of 50p each in the Company, being
1.3% of the total voting shares of the Company in issue.



As a result of this acquisition, the aggregate holding of Acquisitor Holdings
Ltd in the Company is 3,228,000 ordinary shares of 50p each, being 11.2% of the
total voting shares in issue.
