CSS Stellar plc ('the Company') was informed on 11 February that Acquisitor
Holdings Ltd acquired 400,000 ordinary shares of 50p each in the Company, being
1.4% of the total voting shares of the Company in issue.

As a result of this acquisition, the aggregate holding of Acquisitor Holdings
Ltd in the Company is 2,843,000 ordinary shares of 50p each, being 9.8% of the
total voting shares in issue.
