CSS Stellar plc ('the Company') has been informed that on 2 February 2005,
Acquisitor Holdings Ltd acquired 1,543,000 ordinary shares of 50p each in the
Company, being 5.3% of the total voting shares of the Company in issue.

As a result of this acquisition, the aggregate holding of Acquisitor Holdings
Ltd in the Company is 2,403,000 ordinary shares of 50p each, being 8.3% of the
total voting shares in issue.
