at 7.01am on 9 December 2005, was incorrect.  The correct version is as below.





CSS Stellar plc ('the Company') was informed on 9 December that Acquisitor
Holdings Ltd acquired 2,895,000 ordinary shares of 50p each in the Company,
being 9.99% of the total voting shares of the Company in issue.



As a result of this acquisition, the aggregate holding of Acquisitor Holdings
Ltd in the Company is 7,983,000 ordinary shares of 50p each, being 27.55% of the
total voting shares in issue.
