CSS Stellar plc ('the Company') announces that it received notification today
that Julian Jakobi, Director, and his wife, Fiona Jakobi, as part of the
rearrangement of their personal pensions and shareholdings, each sold, on Friday
14 January 2005, 10,000 Ordinary Shares of 50p each in the Company at a price of
46.5 pence per share.  On the same date their own personal SIPP's purchased the
same number of shares at the same price.



Following the transaction, Mr Jakobi remains interested in 4,268,746 Ordinary
Shares in the Company representing 14.8% of the issued share capital.
