CSS Stellar plc ('the Company') announces that it was notified on 22 March 2006
of the following acquisition of the Company's ordinary shares of 50 pence each,
which acquisition was made on 22 March 2006.


Julian Jakobi acquired 5,000 shares at 35.7 pence each. His consequent holding
of ordinary shares in the Company is 4,293,746, being 14.8% of the issued share
capital.
