On 24 October 2017, Donald Strang, Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired 4,410,000 Primorus ordinary shares at an aggregated price of 0.218 pence per share, representing 0.192% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

Following the acquisition, Mr Strang holds an interest in 4,410,000 Primorus ordinary shares, representing 0.192% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
