CSS STELLAR PLC (the 'Company')

Further Issue of Equity


Application has today been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission
of 190,502 new Ordinary Shares of 50p each ('Ordinary Shares') to be admitted to
trading on the Alternative Investment Market ('AIM').

The Ordinary Shares, which have been allotted at 218p, have been issued as part
payment for the first tranche of deferred consideration due further to the
acquisition of the Peters Fraser & Dunlop Group Limited ('PFD') in November last
year.  A further £138,436 has been paid in cash, representing 25 percent. of the
first tranche of deferred consideration.

A second, and final, payment of deferred consideration may become payable
following publication of the audited results for PFD for their financial year
ending 31 March 2003.

Admission of the Ordinary Shares for which application is now being made is
expected and dealings are expected to commence on 9 October 2002.
