Primary Health Properties PLC ("PHP") announces that its wholly owned subsidiary
Primary Health Investment Properties Limited has entered into a forward purchase
and funding agreement with Brackley Investments Limited to acquire a new medical
centre to be constructed in Bentley, West Midlands, for approximately £3,590,000
(net assets acquired £3,590,000) with an anticipated rent roll of some £245,000
per annum.  The building will be let to a Primary Care Trust and a Pharmacy.
