Further to the announcement of 14 June 2012 the Board of Primary Health Properties PLC is delighted to announce that William Hemmings has accepted the Board's invitation to become a non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 18 June 2012.

Mr Hemmings is Aberdeen's head of closed end funds and, as such, is responsible for the Aberdeen Group's UK listed closed end funds. Throughout his time at Aberdeen he has worked closely on closed end funds, and has been involved in all aspects of their management and support.

Mr Hemmings is an alternate director of the Irish listed Select Funds International plc.

The Company confirms that there are no further details that are required to be

disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13R.
