Primary Health Properties PLC has today (24 November 2004) made application for
the admission to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority of 27,383
Ordinary Shares of 50 pence each issued by Primary Health Properties PLC in lieu
of the final cash dividend for the year ended 30 June 2004.

Admission of the new securities is expected to be effective on 25 November 2004.

The issued share capital is therefore 21,652,776 ordinary shares of 50 pence
each.
