the Official List of the UK Listing Authority of 18,644 Ordinary Shares of 50
pence each issued by Primary Health Properties PLC in lieu of the cash dividend
in respect of the interim dividend for the year ending 30 June 2003.



Admission of the new securities is expected to be effective on 21 May 2003.
