Primary Health Properties PLC has today made application for the admission to
the Official List of the UK Listing Authority of 213,333 Ordinary Shares of 50
pence each issued by Primary Health Properties PLC on the exercise of 213,333
management options at an exercise price of £1 each to J O Hambro Capital
Management Limited (one of the joint managers of the Company).  Therefore the
issued share capital is now 16,698,333 Ordinary Shares of 50 pence each.



Admission of the new securities is expected to be effective on 4 December 2002.
