In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R, the Company announces that it has been notified that Harry Hyman, Managing Director has been appointed as Non-Executive Chairman of Summit Germany Limited, with effect from 14 February 2014. It is expected that Summit Germany Limited will be admitted to the AIM market on 26 February 2014.
