Primary Health Properties PLC ('PHP') announces that its wholly owned subsidiary
Primary Health Investment Properties Limited has entered into a forward purchase
and funding agreement with Brackley Investments Limited to acquire a new medical
centre to be constructed on the Lancaster University Campus, South West Drive,
Lancaster, for approximately £0.7 million (net assets acquired £0.7 million)
with an anticipated rent roll of some £59,000 per annum.  The building will be
let to a 4 GP Practice.
