Primary Health Properties PLC ('PHP') announces that its wholly owned
subsidiary Primary Health Investment Properties Limited has entered into a
forward purchase and funding agreement with Thomas Mitchell Homes Limited to
acquire a new medical centre to be constructed in Kirkcaldy, Fife, for
approximately £845,000 (net assets acquired £845,000) with an anticipated rent
roll of some £75,000 per annum. The building will be let to a 6 GP Practice.
