Result of General Meeting

 

 

Pressure Technologies plc (AIM: PRES), the specialist engineering group, is pleased to announce that at the general meeting held earlier today, all resolutions proposed were duly passed.

 

Application has been made for 4,100,000 new ordinary shares, pursuant to the Placing announced on 16 October 2017, to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will occur at 8.00 a.m. on 6 November 2017.

 

Other than where defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement have the meanings given to them in the Announcement released by the Company on 16 October 2017.

 

Total Voting Rights

 

Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 18,595,165 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.
