Further to the announcement earlier today of the appointment of Phil Cammerman
to the Pressure Technologies plc Board, the following disclosures are made in
line with the AIM Rules.

Mr Cammerman is currently also a director of British Smaller Companies VCT plc,

Yorkshire.
