The Company announces the appointment of Philip Simon Cammerman as a
non-executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Phil, age 65, has over 20 years of industrial experience in engineering and
hi-tech industries and has worked in both the UK and the USA. He has spent the
last 23 years in the venture capital industry and played a major part in the
development of the YFM Group Ltd into the most active investor in UK's SMEs with
funds under management of almost £300 million. He retired from the boards of all
YFM Group businesses following its disposal to GLE Capital earlier this month.
