Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 28 September 2009 that Richard Shacklady, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, had on that day purchased 1,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 220p per share. 

As a result of this transaction, Richard Shacklady is now interested in 60,500 Ordinary Shares representing 0.5% of the issued share capital of the Company.
