Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was informed yesterday that in order to satisfy institutional
demand, John Hayward, Chief Executive, and four members of the Company's 
operational (subsidiary) board  yesterday sold in aggregate 525,000 ordinary 
shares of 5 pence each in the Company at a price of 199 pence per share. The 
sales and resultant shareholdings are as follows:
