Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified yesterday that Philip Simon Cammerman ('Mr Cammerman'),
Non-Executive Director, purchased 2,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the
Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 255p, on 21 April 2008. As a result of
this transaction, Mr Cammerman is now interested in 2,000 Ordinary Shares
representing 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company.
