Annual General Meeting ('AGM') Statement



High pressure cylinder manufacturer Pressure Technologies plc is today holding
its AGM at Tankersley Manor Hotel, Barnsley.



Since the financial year ended 30 September 2007, the Company has traded ahead
of expectations due to increased demand from the oil & gas sector. The signs are
that this demand will continue into the 2009 financial year, supported by a
current order book in excess of £18 million.
