A notice was received today from Rensburg Sheppards plc advising that following
sales during October 2005 it has a consolidated holding on behalf of Nominee and
Discretionary Non-Nominee clients of 4,187,876 Zero Dividend Preference shares
of Premier Utilities Trust PLC representing 21.88% of the Company's issued
Zero Dividend Preference share capital.
