Carr Sheppards Crosthwaite Limited and Investec Asset Management Limited, both
subsidiaries of Investec Holdings (UK) Limited, hold on behalf of private
clients the following interests in the Ordinary and Zero Dividend Preference
shares of the Company:


2,420,309 Ordinary shares, representing 13.34% of the Company's issued Ordinary
share capital, and 5,578,513 Zero Dividend Preference shares, representing
29.14% of the Company's issued Zero Dividend Preference share capital.
