Premier Utilities Trust PLC announces that the first quarterly dividend for the 
year ending 31 December 2005 of 1.5p per ordinary share will be paid on 
30 June 2005 to members on the register at the close of business on 27 May 2005.
The ordinary shares will be marked ex-dividend on 25 May 2005. This dividend is 
the same as the dividend paid for the quarter ended 31 March 2004.
