Premier Utilities Trust PLC announces that the first quarterly dividend for the
year ending 31 December 2006 of 1.5p per ordinary share will be paid on 30 June
2006 to members on the register at the close of business on 26 May 2006. The
ordinary share will be marked ex-dividend on 24 May 2006.
