Proposals to close Bradford Bakery and Telford distribution depot

Premier Foods plc announces that it has entered into consultation with employees
on a proposal to close its bakery in Bradford and bread distribution depot in
Telford.  The proposals affect 430 employees and do not include the distribution
operations located at the Bradford bakery.
