24th May 2006 at 16.34. This notice corrects the notifiable interest held by
Standard Life.



On 31st May 2006 the Company received notification by Citibank, N.A. London
Branch, Citigroup Centre, Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London E14 5LB that, as
at, 25th May 2006 Standard Life Investments held a notifiable interest
(including material and non-material interests) of 33,441,586 ordinary 1p shares
in the Company representing 13.49% of the issued share capital.
