Disclosure of Interest in Share Capital
On 13th October 2006 the Company received notification by Citibank, N.A. London
Branch, Citigroup Centre, Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London E14 5LB that, as
at, 12th October 2006 Standard Life Investments disposed of 797,180 shares on
behalf of Standard Life Group. This decreased the total held as a material
interest to 23,995,102 ordinary 1p shares in the Company being 4.841% of the
issued share capital.
The total holding registered, in the name of Vidacos Nominees, was 37,746,014
ordinary 1p shares in the Company representing 7.615% of the issued share
capital.
