                      Interim Management Statement and AGM



The Interim Management Statement for Premier Foods for the 13 weeks trading to
29th March 2008 will be released at 7.00am on Tuesday 13th May 2008.  This will
be followed by a conference call for investors and analysts at 9.00am, the

The Annual General Meeting, as previously announced, will take place at 11.00am
