Branch, Citigroup Centre, Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London E14 5LB that, as
at, 21 November 2005 Standard Life Investments acquired 819,038 shares on behalf
of Standard Life Group and therefore had a notifiable interest of 29,848,627
ordinary 1p shares in the Company representing 12.189% of the issued share
capital.

The 29,848,627 shares were registered in the name of Vidacos Nominees.
