Branch, Citigroup Centre, Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London E14 5LB that, as
at, 24 May 2005 Standard Life Investments purchased 26,648 shares on behalf of
Standard Life Group and therefore had a notifiable interest of 26,955,081
ordinary 1p shares in the Company representing 11.007% of the issued share
capital.

The 26,955,081 shares were registered in the name of Vidacos Nominees.
