Branch, Citigroup Centre, Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London E14 5LB that, as
at, 21st April 2006 Standard Life Investments disposed 7,567 shares on behalf of
Standard Life Group, this decreased the total held as a notifiable interest
(including material and non-material interests) to 34,277,982 ordinary 1p shares
in the Company representing 13.997% of the issued share capital.

The 34,277,982 shares were registered in the name of Vidacos Nominees.
