The Company has today been notified by Merrill Lynch International that, in
connection with the Global Offer of 162,790,698 ordinary shares and its
associated over allotment option of 24,418,605 ordinary shares, Merrill Lynch
International as stabilising manager has a notifiable interest under section 198
of the Companies Act 1985 in 24,418,605 ordinary shares of the Company as a
result of the aforementioned over-allotment option.
