Disclosure of Interest in Share Capital

On 30 July 2004 the Company received notification by Fidelity Investments
International of Windmill Court, Millfield Lane, Lower Kingswood, Tadworth,
Surrey KT20 6RG that, as at, 29 July 2004 Fidelity International Limited of PO
Box HM670, Hamilton HMCX, Bermuda and its direct and indirect subsidiaries,
being non- beneficial holders, had a notifiable interest of 16,969,041 ordinary
shares in the Company representing 6.93% of the issued share capital.
