Premier Foods plc ('Premier'), one of the leading suppliers of ambient grocery
products in the UK, today announces the completion of the disposal of its tea
business to Apeejay International Tea Limited, a subsidiary of the Apeejay
Surrendra Group for £80 million as announced on 13 October 2005.
