In common with all eligible employees, directors and PDMRs were invited on 13 September 2010 to participate in the Premier Foods plc 2010 Sharesave Scheme and were given the option to buy ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (Shares) at a price of 15.2p in 3 years time.
