Disclosure of Interest in Share Capital

On 26th June 2006 the Company received notification by Citibank, N.A. London
Branch, Citigroup Centre, Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London E14 5LB that, as
at, 26th June 2006 Standard Life Investments increased by 1,703 shares on behalf
of Standard Life Group, this increased the total held as a notifiable interest
(including material and non-material interests) to 35,329,818 ordinary 1p shares
in the Company representing 14.255% of the issued share capital.


The 35,329,818 shares were registered in the name of Vidacos Nominees.
