Sterling Conversion Rate for Q2 2008 Dividend 

The Company previously declared a dividend for the quarter ended 30 June 2008 of US$0.23 per share payable on 29 August 2008 to holders on the register on 15 August 2008. For those shareholders who have elected to receive their dividend in Sterling, the dividend will be 12.2569 pence per share based upon an exchange rate of 1.8765.
