EGM Requisition
The Directors of Prodesse Investment Limited (the 'Company') announce that they
have received a notice from Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited on behalf
of funds managed by Laxey Partners Limited requiring the Company to convene an
extraordinary general meeting to consider resolutions concerning the removal of
four of the five directors of the Company and the appointment of Christopher
John Agar, Colin William Kingsnorth, Andrew Pegge and Michael Andrew Haxby.
The Board expects to send a notice convening an Extraordinary General Meeting to
shareholders in due course and a further announcement will be made at that time.
Shareholders need not take any action in the meantime.
