Prodesse Investment Limited ('Prodesse' or the 'Company') announces that,
further to the proposed share offer announced yesterday (the 'Proposed Share
Offer'), a prospectus has been published for the Prodesse ordinary shares to be
issued pursuant to the Proposed Share Offer (the 'Prospectus').

Copies of this Prospectus have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and
will be available shortly for inspection by the public at the UK Listing
Authority's Document Viewing Facility (which is situated at the Financial
Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS Tel:
020 7066 1000) and will be available at Prodesse's registered office at Regency
Court, Glategny Esplanade, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1WW, during normal
business hours on any weekday (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays excepted).
