Announcement of Adoption of Dividend Reinvestment Plan

The Board of Prodesse is pleased to announce that it has adopted the Prodesse
Investment Limited Dividend Reinvestment Plan (the 'Plan') to enable
shareholders to reinvest their quarterly dividends. Details of the Plan will be
