Interim Dividend for the Second Quarter 2006

Prodesse Investment Limited has declared a dividend for the quarter ended 30
June 2006 of US$0.10 per share payable on 31 August 2006 to holders on the
register on 18 August 2006. Dividends are calculated and paid in US dollars.
Shareholders resident in the UK wishing for the conversion of dividend payments
into Sterling should contact the Computershare Investor Services (Channel
Islands) Limited. The exchange rate for payment to those who have elected to
receive their dividends in Sterling will be set on 22 August 2006.
