Announcement of First Interim Dividend

Prodesse Investment Limited is pleased to announce a first Interim quarterly
dividend payment of 20 cents per share in respect of the period from launch on 6
April 2005 to 30 June 2005.

The dividend payment will be made on the 4 August 2005 to shareholders on the
register on 15 July 2005. The ex-dividend date will be 13 July 2005.
