Announcement of Interim Dividend for the Third Quarter 2005 and Notice of
Results.

Prodesse Investment Limited is pleased to announce an Interim quarterly dividend
payment of 18 cents per share in respect of the period from 1 July 2005 to 30
September 2005.

The dividend payment will be made on 2 December 2005 to shareholders on the
register on 4 November 2005. The ex-dividend date will be 2 November 2005.

Additionally, the Company's financial results for the third quarter ended 
30 September 2005 will be released on Thursday, 3 November 2005. In accordance 
with its normal practice, FIDAC, the Investment Manager of the Company, will 
host an earnings conference call on Friday, 4 November 2005 at 2:30 P.M. London 
time (9:30 A.M. New York time). All interested parties are welcome to participate
