Mr. Ronald Kazel, director of Prodesse and a managing director at the Company's investment adviser, FIDAC, commented on today's release: 'We are pleased to be able to declare the fourth consecutive increase in our quarterly dividend, as market and operating fundamentals for Prodesse continue to improve. Although NAV declined with the recent sell-off in the US bond market, the resulting change in interest rates has improved the investment opportunities for our distributable income-focused strategy. We believe that investors will continue to benefit from the Company's attractive dividend yield and our avoidance of credit risk through investing solely in U.S. Agency mortgage-backed securities.'
