Sterling Conversion Rate for Q4 2007 Dividend

The Company previously declared a dividend for the quarter ended 31 December
2007 of US$0.21 per share payable on 7 March 2008 to holders on the register on
22 February 2008. For those shareholders who have elected to receive their
dividend in Sterling, the dividend will be 10.6162 pence per share based upon an
exchange rate of 1.9781.
