Interim Dividend for the Fourth Quarter 2007


Prodesse Investment Limited has declared an interim dividend for the quarter
ended 31 December 2007 of US$0.21 per share payable on 7 March 2008 to holders
on the register on 22 February 2008.

Dividends are calculated and paid in US dollars. Shareholders wishing for the
conversion of dividend payments into Sterling should contact Computershare

The exchange rate for payment to those who have elected to receive their
dividends in Sterling will be set on 26 February 2008.
